Les pilotes innocentés de « Air Cocaïne » obtiennent des miettes de la justice française

Accusés à tort d’avoir transporté sciemment 700 kilos de cocaïne dans un jet privé, ils avaient passé 21 mois en détention.

Pascal Fauret et Bruno Odos ne baissent pas les armes. Depuis près de dix ans maintenant, ces anciens pilotes de chasse se débattent avec la justice, embourbés dans la fameuse affaire Air Cocaïne qui a bouleversé leur vie. Pour rappel, un jour de mars 2013, la police dominicaine a découvert 700 kilos de cocaïne à bord du jet privé qu’ils s’apprêtaient à faire décoller de Punta Cana. Ils ont depuis été disculpés de tentative d’importation de stupéfiants en bande organisée le 8 juillet 2021 par la Cour d’assises spéciale des Bouches du Rhône. Mais ils bataillent désormais pour obtenir réparation de la part de l’Etat français pour les différentes détentions provisoires dont ils ont fait l’objet.
