Delair, Elynxo, Centigon… des entreprises françaises prêtes à aider Abidjan à lutter contre le terrorisme au Sahel

L’Académie internationale de lutte contre le terrorisme (AILCT), portée conjointement par Paris et la capitale ivoirienne, noue ses premiers contacts pour s’équiper.

Les industriels tricolores commencent à s’agiter autour de l’Académie internationale de lutte contre le terrorisme (AILCT). Inaugurée en juin 2021, cette organisation, née d’une initiative conjointe d’Abidjan et Paris, a pour mission principale de renforcer les capacités des forces spéciales et des unités policières d’intervention d’élite des pays africains dans leur lutte antiterroriste, particulièrement dans la région du Sahel. Selon nos informations, plusieurs entreprises françaises l’ont récemment sollicitée pour discuter don, prêt ou location du matériel militaire. Delair a proposé ses drones, Elynxo pourrait fournir ses lunettes de vision nocturne, Technamm et l’entité française de Centigon leurs véhicules blindés (respectivement militaires et civils)… Même Airbus aurait été en discussion, mais le groupe dément. Des contacts favorisés par une association proche du Commandement des opérations spéciales (COS), le Cercle de l’arbalète, nouveau partenaire de l’AILCT.
