Le pilotage des effectifs du groupe Servier est en pleine réorganisation : deux hommes clés chargés des questions sociales au sein de l’entreprise pharmaceutique vont quitter l’entreprise dans les prochaines semaines. Selon nos informations, Nicolas Bouts, directeur des ressources humaines depuis 1998, va prendre sa retraite fin février, après 38 ans dans l’entreprise. Il sera remplacé par David Hindley. L’actuel DRH de Mars Wrigley France prendra la main sur les quelque 21 400 collaborateurs que compte le laboratoire dans le monde. « Il intégrera le comité exécutif en qualité de vice-président exécutif RH et sera rattaché au président Olivier Laureau », a confirmé la direction à L’Informé.
